Today, I wanted to recommend this great little restaurant in Susukino. “Hitsuji”, is into their second year of serving up delicious Hokkaido reared lamb BBQ. “Jingisu-kan”, lamb BBQ is a Hokkaido staple. What you may not know is that much of the lamb is imported from overseas. Not here though!
Every time, I have to have their lamb sausage! So tasty!
