My favorite café is Rokkatei Main Store Cafe. It is located on Kita 4 Jo Street (Kita 4, Nishi 6, 3-3, Chuo-ku, Sapporo).
It is between the parking lots.

My favorite dish is the pancake and I like their coffee, too.
The second cup of coffee is free.
I strongly recommend parfaits/sundaes. They use Hokkaido-produced yogurt, and soft ice cream.
This café is popular with both locals and tourists. The servers are very kind.
It is open from 10:30a.m. to 6:00p.m (L.O. 5:30p.m.).
